The culture used to be one of employee first and a great work environment now it's more of every man for themselves and Webcor doesn't care about employees even though the execs say constantly that employees make the company. Talent Ops has no seat at the exec table which is a big problem

Pretty good benefits but according to others in the industry not as good as other construction companies. 3 Health ins options with employer paying 75-90% of premiums, dental, vision, 401k with match, transit reimburse (which is basic now for big companies because it's a tax relief), great sick benefits (10 days) which you are allowed to accrue, standard vacation of 2 weeks first year, usual benefits....
