Truly one of the most human-centric companies I've ever worked at. A lot of companies claim to be "people-first organizations," but Vlad and Webflow truly live it. This is evident in everything from the benefits that the company provides and the culture the company has built, to the core behaviors.

Webflow has a work culture like no other. Everyone is just kind and talented. Management is top-tier.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation is still not transparent or equal for similar employees of different gender and race. Benefits have been cut and changed.
