What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our total rewards package is ridiculous. Benefits, wellness, and perks easily achieve the 90th percentile of the market.
Best part of the compensation package is that pay is very competitive and there are perks that are super helpful such as learning stipends and health perks.
One cool thing, that I've never seen any company do, is Webflow will pay you to take your first vacation of five-days or more as a way of encouraging team members to actually utilize their paid-time-off.
We are offered and incredibly comprehensive benefits package, the ability to work from anywhere in the world. and highly competitive salaries.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is still not transparent or equal for similar employees of different gender and race. Benefits have been cut and changed.
