Its a great balance of cash and non-cash incentives. I like that everyone is either on a bonus plan or commission, it helps drive focus and its great to be rewarded for results

They are all smart, passionate about what they do and committed to the team and the company's success. They're not only co-workers but respected professionals and consider many of them friends as well

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Energetic group of talented individuals all of whom feel passionately about our purpose and and working as a team to protect our customers from cybersecurity threats. No matter which location you're in, the vibe is professional yet cool, and you'll always find the people to be friendly and engaged.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone was friendly, inviting and willing to share information. Process was relaxed and more like a conversation than an interrogation.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to do a job I love with a great group of people whom I respect and enjoy being around
