Thoughtful, smart, supportive, open door policy.
The Leadership Team is visible and approachable. As a newer employee, members of the team have gone out of their way to make me feel welcome.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
health insurance and pension are nice
Historically pay out well over 100%
Great healthcare, low premiums and a high deductible plan. Great annual bonus.
Welch's offers paid time off for volunteering which is a great way to incentivize community involvement and encourage well-being among employees.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Best thing? Not really sure what you mean
The energy of the team and the respect for the growers and their investments
we divide and conquer and get things done. Nobody is above or below anything and everyone is willing to help when you need it.
Our team is predominantly based at headquarters which is helpful for collaboration. We partner well with our colleagues at other sites and find ways to connect in meaningful ways.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
really have no opinion on that
The new culture model and the investment in a brand new office space
Lots of brand events (cocktail/sparkling juice tasting, ice cream trucks, free snacks)
I love the hybrid schedule and appreciate that we're all in the office on the same days!

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better work / life mix. Too short staffed and lost many folks who knew and understood processes making thing way too cumbersome and inefficient for those left.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The opportunity to meet with my peers to understand their experience. The transparency was key in my decision to join.
Very streamlined and transparent. Moved quickly and was well organized.
It was efficient and moved quickly. After being brought through endless rounds for other roles, having 3 rounds and an offer quickly was refreshing and affirmed my belief that Welch's was the right place for me!

end of the shift when it comes
Being about to integrate work and life. My kids love the products and it makes me proud to see the products on the shelves in retail stores and see their excitement in enjoying the products.
