The new DON is amazing
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am offered floating holidays, sick leave, short term medical leave. I am very happy with the life insurance and other extras as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They mean well and the place is beautiful. Being short all the time and over worked does have its negative impact on the facility
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is no communication between each other about what is expected. A monthly meeting to combine all staff and discuss problems might ease that a little.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is no precise communication of tasks or responsibilities. Pretty much feels like people show up and do what they THINK is expected and go home. There is no accountability or expectations from shift to shift.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
There was multiple interviews and they asked the same questions. Keep it simple. Maybe meet with all the people at one time so they can discuss as a group if you are what they are looking for.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like that I work with a great team. We do not get the recognition we deserve but in the end I know I am there to do a service and the service I provide is top priority.
