Great company to work for! Great people also!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not listening to the Don
It means listening to your workers and figuring out the best way to work things
There is no precise communication of tasks or responsibilities. Pretty much feels like people show up and do what they THINK is expected and go home. There is no accountability or expectations from shift to shift.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Amazing, best in class health benefits.
Good benefits package. Nice people to work with
It is all great! Very fortunate to have great benefits
I am offered floating holidays, sick leave, short term medical leave. I am very happy with the life insurance and other extras as well.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together. No fights
Everyone works together. No fights
we are all helpful but it is hard to be on one side of the building then moved
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is no communication between each other about what is expected. A monthly meeting to combine all staff and discuss problems might ease that a little.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They patients and family members are great
we all try our best to work together and be there for our residents
They mean well and the place is beautiful. Being short all the time and over worked does have its negative impact on the facility

What did you like most about the interview process?
Very easy going. To the point
the interviewer was sweet and very nice
They really explain the job. They work togerther as a team
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
There was multiple interviews and they asked the same questions. Keep it simple. Maybe meet with all the people at one time so they can discuss as a group if you are what they are looking for.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work I do and the people I work with
seeing my coworker and favorite residents
When the day flows by nicely! When the team works together. When the resident's are happy
I like that I work with a great team. We do not get the recognition we deserve but in the end I know I am there to do a service and the service I provide is top priority.
