There is no precise communication of tasks or responsibilities. Pretty much feels like people show up and do what they THINK is expected and go home. There is no accountability or expectations from shift to shift.

There is no communication between each other about what is expected. A monthly meeting to combine all staff and discuss problems might ease that a little.

There was multiple interviews and they asked the same questions. Keep it simple. Maybe meet with all the people at one time so they can discuss as a group if you are what they are looking for.
