Salary, benefits amongst other things
Profit sharing in 401k & bonus
The compensation packages and approach are fair and motivating
I think the best part is the retirement contribution the firm made every year.

Being able to increase my own knowledge from the best in the industry
The people and the ability to follow the markets.
My manager is fantastic, and I enjoy the work I do.
I really enjoy learning from my colleagues, who are smart, great fiduciary for clients, and want to improve.
