They don't care about patient care. They also just care about completing their constant education modules and say the patient care can wait that their business operations are more important. There are also a few lies about employee benefits. They don't care if you are sick either.

They were all with us before we transitioned to Wellmed
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There isn't much. No decorating for birthdays or parties to celebrate job role weeks.

They make big promises in the company that they don't keep once you are hired
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The clinical manager was with us before we changed over to Wellmed and she is great because of it.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They need to care more about patients and they need to care more about their employees and not be so mean to everyone.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's cheaper than the last insurance that I had to pay with my employer, but it's still not inexpensive if you choose to see doctors outside of Wellmed
