What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are all inclusive and easily accessible
They are supportive and caring.
The clinical manager was with us before we changed over to Wellmed and she is great because of it.
They listen, and act immediately on my input.
Everything, i have no complaints

Care about patients, not money
speaking and listening to their employees better; transparency is lacking

The rate, performance compensation, and opportunity.

Ability to work remotely makes a big difference in allowing me to invest energy in working for the company.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Very inclusive, helpful, committed and innovative.
Highly qualified and trained in their fields
The team members I enjoy are from the previous company and some of them are still there, we still enjoy working with eachother
Colleagues are of various background and pleasant to work with; lower and middle management show lack of empathy, knowledge or diversity
My team is highly collaborative and supportive to get things done in a timely manner and try to prevent things from becoming a recurring problem in the future.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
listen, educate, share knowledge, get to know all employees
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There isn't much. No decorating for birthdays or parties to celebrate job role weeks.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very easy albeit not transparent
They make big promises in the company that they don't keep once you are hired
They made me feel at ease.

The Hr recruiters have "gatekeeper" attitudes that weed out potentially very string candidates.

Being a part of a team but also being able to approach my work in my own unique way.
Everything. At the top, my team and our work ethic.

They need to care more about patients and they need to care more about their employees and not be so mean to everyone.
