No loyalty at all to the employees. They do not live the core values and many of the people in leadership roles are ineffective leaders. There is a lot of favoritism especially to sins leaders that are subpar. By far the worst place I ever worked at. That is why the company is being sold off.

They need competent people not there favorite friends.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They only want yes people, they never want to be questioned or challenged.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Have competent leaders instead of showing favoritism. It's not what you know but who you know.
