What do you like best about the leadership team?
They know how to strategize
All are professional and knowledgeable. They show compassion for employees and pets. More open communication/transparency/vision and the delegation of more decisions - more empowerment to the mid-level leaders. Trust them to do the job they were hired to do.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The place looks great, it's like a family
We work to make the lives of cats and dogs better. We love our pets! We invest in the professional development of our employees and promote from within often. We have fun employees events throughout the year - free massages quarterly, parties and family events.
