What do you like best about the leadership team?
Small enough company that you have met the managment team and it feels personable. The managment team spends too much time creating internal competition amongst areas for resources. This causes the focus to be internal argument over tools and resources rather than a focus on dominating the market.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The management team does not understand the actual market compensation in many areas and therefore make up pay statistics that cause people to loose confidence and trust in the management team. The new Welltec prefers cheap and desperate employees rather than the best employees.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The area has toxic management that is the classic VP that takes credit for others' work and blame everything on someone else. Plus the VP has obvious nepotism and bias that prevents them from really seeing the big picture.

Long story, and very different.
