The company has the most toxic culture imaginable. Bullying and micromanagement is embedded deep down in the culture, and they have the least interest in making any changes. Avoid them at all costs or you'll get burnt out for little to no money, zero gratitude, and no benefits

There are bugs in the product. The company needs to fix them.
