Leadership is good at saying the right things, but has not provided affordable healthcare or cost of living raises in 5 years. Ableism is rampant.
Leadership says all the right things. They throw events and call employees family. But wages have been stagnant for years, the healthcare offered is subpar, and employees with issues are silenced or pushed out.
