Care more about people instead of just claiming to do so
Basic respectful communication skills, and positive attitude towards workers. Better understanding of an employee's needs and offering help
Hiring better qualified managers, change of culture, more transparency, and respect, less micromanagement and bullying
Leadership is good at saying the right things, but has not provided affordable healthcare or cost of living raises in 5 years. Ableism is rampant.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More money and some positive feedback
Management is out of touch and does not respond to worker concerns. Yearly raises should be a given, as should healthcare that is affordable and accessible.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They trace your whereabouts 24/7 and ads raters aren't aware, so in fqct you're working and gathering data 24/7 for them and not only when rating! The $14 hourly pay for when you're rating is way less in comparison for all your privacy you give them.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They trace your whereabouts 24/7 and ads raters aren't aware, so in fqct you're working and gathering data 24/7 for them and not only when rating! The $14 hourly pay for when you're rating is way less in comparison for all your privacy you give them.
There are bugs in the product. The company needs to fix them.
