Wow! Fantastic. Great guys I must say. Very hardworking guys, we don’t need supervision to excel and do the bank

It was interactive, I was allowed to express myself and personality. I could already rate my performance by the time it was over.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting a good feedback from a customer or supervisor. Getting a new tool/menu for work. Solving a major problem. E.g averting a potential fraud.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Teamwork should be more emphasized. The goals, tasks, is more important than massaging people’s egos. Staff should also do more for one another by deliberately practicing teamwork and mutual respect. Supervisors should also be better trained to be more approachable. Work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As an outsourced staff, I feel deeply undervalued as we get to do most of the hardwork, in my zone I can count the number of supportive supervisors, some even frustrate efforts to satisfy customer and the level of victimization from dominant bosses should be checked. Teamwork makes growth possible
