What do you like best about the leadership team?
For me, I would say the leadership here is awesome, there's a form of uniformity in the leadership style across departments in the Bank.
Some of them are considerate
Inclusion, great skills and zeal
Openness and forthrightness and willing to walk their talk.
I do not have a relationship with them but I perceive strongly that they are keen on promoting the bank?
They have a most proactive approach to problem solving.
The communication of the journey's expected end result. We are going to tier 1 because we and wema are tier 1
