- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?As an outsourced staff, I feel deeply undervalued as we get to do most of the hardwork, in my zone I can count the number of supportive supervisors, some even frustrate efforts to satisfy customer and the level of victimization from dominant bosses should be checked. Teamwork makes growth possible
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Teamwork should be more emphasized. The goals, tasks, is more important than massaging people’s egos.
