What needs to change to make the company culture better?Getting a director and manager that actually know what rules are.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved? The morale is low. A lot of us are concerned the billing is going to go to India with the coding. The manager keeps pulling us off of actual work, and instead sends us side projects to do every couple days.
What would you improve about your company's interview process? It took 4 weeks to interview here.
