Company talked a good talk at first. When I asked for specific training, It was like I was the enemy. I had a couple of preventable accidents, when I asked for training to assist with what I did wrong, they had me doing right and left hand turns, it made no sense. I had a incident with backing.

Guaranteed pay, which helps with the winter weather issues in the Northeast
What are some of the best things about your team?
Not really a big interaction with the other drivers, but they all seem to be very friendly
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Fleet manager Jeramiah, in the DG in Amsterdam was the best. Safety had no clue what was going on
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
New hires definitely need to do three weeks of on the job training with the dollar general account, as it is a very hard in physical position, but keeps you in shape and can be definitely rewarding. If you're looking to just drive, you're at the wrong dedicated account
