The miles are there if you want to run. They could be a little more hands-on about getting repairs done faster when a truck is down. Having to go to the terminal for anything is never a fun thing you never know what hoops you will have to jump through to get out. It's a shame they should be invitin

My leadership team is always on top of things and willing to show they are here for us and have our backs. So long as we show we are here to do our job, leadership is behind us

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy the stock options
health insurance, yearly 2% salary raise depending on your performance and results
I Iike being on a fleet with a guarantee especially now with how long repairs are taking. I feel that I could make more per mile elsewhere but I like my situation and tbh the grass is not always greener. If you stick around you will reach fleet maximum in a couple years I am told. Thats good to know

Having health insurance is great as is a 401K plan and stock options

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Never got paid the right miles they always did zip code to zip code and thats not actual miles
Every job under the vice president of each division is entry level and like my coworkers say if you can fog a mirror you're hired
I’ve been in my current position over five years and I’ve only received $2.30 pay increase over that
What are some of the best things about your team?
I enjoy the constant positivity
They are going to call you to death, but when you need them, they won't answer For hours at a time

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Work like a team and that never happen poor communication from dispatch
It is my boss, he's poison. He causes all of the problems
Everyone is under a ton of stress at work because it's like being in prison. Werner enterprises will drain you of all happiness in your life until you die penniless
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They ability to foster freindships
Every one helps one another.
Work at your own pace.
Decision to run in bad weather is drivers call. No one ever pressures anyone to run if you don't think it's safe. I do sometimes feel like a number but then I think to myself it's hard when you are working for such a large company to no feel that way sometimes.

As stated before treat the employees like real people
New hires definitely need to do three weeks of on the job training with the dollar general account, as it is a very hard in physical position, but keeps you in shape and can be definitely rewarding. If you're looking to just drive, you're at the wrong dedicated account

Everyone that uses werner to transport loads comments on the incompetence of our company every time they deal with us
