Other drivers on my fleet always willing to help each other out no one seems to be all about themselves from what I have experienced so far.
Decision to run in bad weather is drivers call. No one ever pressures anyone to run if you don't think it's safe. I do sometimes feel like a number but then I think to myself it's hard when you are working for such a large company to no feel that way sometimes.
I Iike being on a fleet with a guarantee especially now with how long repairs are taking. I feel that I could make more per mile elsewhere but I like my situation and tbh the grass is not always greener. If you stick around you will reach fleet maximum in a couple years I am told. Thats good to know
The miles are there if you want to run. They could be a little more hands-on about getting repairs done faster when a truck is down. Having to go to the terminal for anything is never a fun thing you never know what hoops you will have to jump through to get out. It's a shame they should be invitin
