Our branch is slowly dying due to corporate policies and inability to serve customers properly due to "red-tape"

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Below poverty line in my community while being forced to reduce hours and pay, HQ executives and CEO's salary remain extremely high

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Bridging the gap between executives and sales people / laborers. Mandatory "Work-share" program with Employment Canada implemented for 2 years resulting in pay cuts and reduced hours while the CEO and top executives still received millions for their shady and out-dated business practices.
