For the most part, the rank and file at WESCO is made up of smart, hard-working people that are trying to do their best within a broken system.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

It is a widely known fact that there is a massive gender-based pay gap at WESCO. All I want is to be paid the same as my male counterparts.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

There is virtually no diversity in the leadership team. It is a stereotypical privilege white male run corporation. Because of this, creativity and innovation is stifled and employees are not utilized to their full potential. The leadership team is bad for business.
