Leadership team doesn't listen to the people actually doing the work. Gives unrealistic deadlines
There is virtually no diversity in the leadership team. It is a stereotypical privilege white male run corporation. Because of this, creativity and innovation is stifled and employees are not utilized to their full potential. The leadership team is bad for business.
Because of how poorly I am treated and a raise
It is a widely known fact that there is a massive gender-based pay gap at WESCO. All I want is to be paid the same as my male counterparts.
A lot of back stabbing and constantly looking out for your back as everything is escalated to management that have weekly discussion. You can't get anything done without escalation.

Listen to the people doing the work. There's too many high level people and managers trying to validate their position and they get in the way
