What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team encourages personal and professional growth. The CEO and COO are vested in the success of every employee. It is a pleasure to work with experienced dental professionals who have been in field for over 30 years.
Leadership is a great group of knowledgeable individuals who built this company up from nothing and are still heavily involved and available to all. Aggressive in building and growing this company info the best Dental Firm.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
work hard and get rewarded, this is true with potential bonus pay outs and time off.
Salary is great here but more money could be put into Health Benefits, there should be more holiday's as well as Vacation time. Company should look into an ESOP

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The patients and the respect we have for each other
The owners of the company really care about each patient and the dental care each patient receives. The owners of the company are also committed to giving back to the community in the form of scholarships for children of employees and free braces for those in need.
Growth Mentality feels like it's a start up with how much is being put into growing the firm at this time.
