Refrain from micromanaging, gossiping about reps to other reps or people within the company. Motivate your team, instead of making their days coming in completely unbearable
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm making approximately 20k the market value of the work I do and I do advanced work so technically it would probably be even more than that.
