Donald McMillan — - at West Pharmaceutical Services

Mr. Donald A. McMillan, Don served President of Pharmaceutical Packaging Systems Americas Region at West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc., since February 2010. Mr. McMillan served as President of America's Pharmaceutical Systems of West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. since July 2008. Mr. McMillan served as the President of Pharmaceutical Systems Division of North America of West Pharmaceutical Services Inc. from October 1, 2005 to July 2008. Mr. McMillan is responsible for the U.S. sales and operations for injectable packaging components and reconstitution systems. He has extensive international experience. Mr. McMillan has been with West Pharmaceutical Services Inc., since May 1984 and served in numerous operations, sales and sales-management and marketing positions. Most recently, he served as a Vice President of Marketing of the Americas Region of West Pharmaceutical Services. In this role, he was responsible for driving key strategic programs aligning West products and services to various market segments. Mr. McMillan began his career at West, serving as a Plant Engineer in the St. Petersburg Florida elastomer manufacturing plant. He served as a Plant Manager for Singapore facility of West and working on special projects for its European operations.
