My site leader and team is supportive. Exec leadership strategy has made big impact on West growth and at our site

Sinking ship needs a leader
Better pay, which everybody says, but they put production over quality and do not listen to the employees
They need to all resign

The comp and the people that work here

Underpaid for the workload, and compared to the market rate

I like them all as people.

They are all looking to leave

Coworkers are catty and manipulative

Replace the executive team. Listen to the employees.

Hire based on who is most qualified for the position, not based on race.
