- What did you like most about the interview process?Friendliness, professionalism, & thoroughness. They were very easy interviews, since I'd done clinical rotations there already.
- What did you like most about the interview process?The director was just very amicable and easy to talk to. Once hired, she turned suddenly cold to me, with no visible trigger.

- What needs to change to make the company culture better?If toxic people are gossiping/bullying coworkers, address it. If members of management are seen gossiping (like extremely hateful things being said), address that.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?The environment feels so toxic. I used to love my job. Now I dread stepping into the building.
