    The director was just very amicable and easy to talk to. Once hired, she turned suddenly cold to me, with no visible trigger.

    If toxic people are gossiping/bullying coworkers, address it. If members of management are seen gossiping (like extremely hateful things being said), address that.
  • What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
    The environment feels so toxic. I used to love my job. Now I dread stepping into the building.
