Totally undervaluedl, constructive crticism always ignored

You can work hard and never be asked to move up. The harder you work the more they expect. Its never good enough and the staff feels undervalued

I do both receptionist and pcc and get paid the least ever.

The stress from work is just too much to deal with. Maybe higher base would help

Comparing the pay rate with the other companies is a lot low. Get good rises is not easy or impossible.
