What do you like best about the leadership team?
They try to motivate everybody to be productive
The thing I like the most is how well they manage the flow of the office.
She fine somedays but you always know when its showing on her face when she is stressing out but overall she is fine
Im new to the company but so far I can see that the company tries to make sure we have the tools we need to succeed. The IT department is very easy to contact and responds fairly quickly. Management sends emails regularly to ensure that everyone is on the same page.
Safe and peaceful place to work . We help good people with dental problems no mater their condition or status.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything worst company to work for
Concern about growth of their treams instead of thrir stock options
They beed to get better at being more involved with staff.
Replace them and do not allow family to be in every office, there needs to be a copy otherwise the fraud and corruption will continue
hire more staffs, stop overbooking clients

Totally undervaluedl, constructive crticism always ignored
You can work hard and never be asked to move up. The harder you work the more they expect. Its never good enough and the staff feels undervalued
I do both receptionist and pcc and get paid the least ever.
The stress from work is just too much to deal with. Maybe higher base would help

Comparing the pay rate with the other companies is a lot low. Get good rises is not easy or impossible.

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are helpful and communcative
Perseverance through tough times and difficult situations
that no matter what we have each others back rather it be cleaning rooms or taking over sterilization or even x-rays
There are people whonwould work harder if they were compensated failry
The team is customer friendly and helps each other on the day to day

everyone should stop being selfish

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We get to take care or people and that is rewarding
We all are different cultures and different back grounds. we could work together in the same company.
The staffing team is 100 percent into helping patients and making the environment a great place
We all get along and work together
The most positive part about the environment is the openness. Everyone is helpful and you can always find help.

Accountability, Structure, Better project management
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like that i was able to interview at the specific office so i could see the actual location and meet the manager
To meet with the office manager and other office staffs.
I liked how everyone answered my questions and how positive the environment was.
The manager ensured that i would be a good fit for the team. I had the chance to meet the dentist.

Patients being helped correctly who leave happy
Leaving and being able to clock out

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Short staffed, incompetent clinicians, poor management, discontinued raises, pressure to perform
every weekend off we work hard modnay-saturday thats alot
they push unnecessary works on clients
