The thing I like the most is how well they manage the flow of the office.
She fine somedays but you always know when its showing on her face when she is stressing out but overall she is fine
Im new to the company but so far I can see that the company tries to make sure we have the tools we need to succeed. The IT department is very easy to contact and responds fairly quickly. Management sends emails regularly to ensure that everyone is on the same page.

Concern about growth of their treams instead of thrir stock options
They beed to get better at being more involved with staff.
Replace them and do not allow family to be in every office, there needs to be a copy otherwise the fraud and corruption will continue

I do both receptionist and pcc and get paid the least ever.
The stress from work is just too much to deal with. Maybe higher base would help
