Mr. Philip W. Bullinger, also known as Phil, has been Senior Vice President and General Manager of Data Center Systems Business Unit at Western Digital Corporation since April 6, 2017. Mr. Bullinger served as Senior Vice President and General Manager at Dell EMC, responsible for the Isilon business, including strategy, product planning, engineering and business operations. He held executive positions at Oracle as their senior vice president of SAN/NAS Storage. He served as Executive Vice President of The Engenio Storage Group of LSI Corporation since June 2008 and served as its General Manager of Engenio Storage Group. Mr. Bullinger was responsible for the engineering, operations, strategic planning and business development efforts of the LSI server-attached and SAN-attached storage system products, including disk array controllers and subsystems as well as RAID storage adapters. He served as Co-General Manager of The Engenio Storage Group of LSI Corporation since June 2008. He served as Senior Vice President of Engenio Storage Group and Engenio Information Technologies at LSI Logic Corp. since August 2005. Mr. Bullinger also served as Vice President and General Manager of LSI Logic's RAID Storage Adapters division since September 2001. He joined LSI in 1998 as part of the Symbios, Inc., acquisition and served as its Director of Product Development until August 2001. Mr. Bullinger graduated magna cum laude from Kansas State University with Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering and magna cum laude from National Technological University, Fort Collins, Colorado, with Master's Degree in Management of Technology.
