The pay and benefits are good. The coworkers are good...for the most part. Our morale is NOT good.

Morale is horrible and has been bad for many years.

They do appear to be trying to improve our financial sitiuation
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Currently there are a number of scripted questions and we are not allowed to deviate from those questions.
