What do you like best about the leadership team?
A lot of communication and teamwork organizing systems
They do appear to be trying to improve our financial sitiuation
They are very smart and talented.
The team always covers for use and provides us benefits like covering our positions

What is the best part about your compensation package?
My pay and benefits for this area are quite nice.
The health insurance is really good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do too much above paygrade and they no longer offer evaluations or raises due to budget
We do deserve a little bit more money in my opinion for the work put in.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They all care about success of our department
Most of us get along very well.
Fairness, listeners, honesty, integrity, social
The best things is that everyone is always looking for each other, which is nice.

The attitude to keep going no matter what

Communication from the top down.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Short and sweet and simple
Friendly, Open and honest communication
The instructors were very nice and approachable.. They are the best instructors that one can have.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Currently there are a number of scripted questions and we are not allowed to deviate from those questions.
What makes you most happy at work?
Providing for my family and helping others.
Interacting with my students and having the authority to do what I want.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Morale is horrible and has been bad for many years.
