The Dean is great, the leadership team not so much.

Faculty are for the most part great, the staff very supportive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The students, faculty, and staff are wonderful. The faculty and staff caring.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing students wanted to learn, engaging the subject, having one of those "ah ha" moments.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No pay raise for five years, retirement contribution from the college was reduced from 10% to 3%, reduced hours offered for scholarship.
