What do you like best about the leadership team?
We are included in all aspects of our business, and get to participate in the leadership

Do not steal team members' clients
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As an agency owner, not only do get paid for what i do for my clients, I also get stick share, overide my agency (profit in business) , and participate in other bonus pools.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company paid less than it was expected.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have a great diversification, anybody can win if they want to.

Encourage each other, positive towards each other, happy when each other succeed

Do not repeat same information each meeting
