WGBH Boston Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I appreciate How available senior leadership is to the organization and how transparent they are in their communication.

GBH has a strong and effective leadership team.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Almost everything. A number of bad apples were replaced with bad actors few years ago. They are delusionally out of touch with their employees, members and users. While employees are paid peanuts, VPs spend exorbitant moneys on outsourcing, products & services which provide limited value.
