I appreciate How available senior leadership is to the organization and how transparent they are in their communication.
GBH has a strong and effective leadership team.

We have a robust PTO plan and I feel our wages are competitive.
I am paid fairly compared to maker. I also receive a yearly merit increase and have bonus pportunity..
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is a mix of tenured and new employees and we all are allowed to voice our opinions and suggestions.
I have a great team that are experienced and passionate about what they do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a mission driven organization and my coworkers are passionate about that mission.
Regardless of your role everyone it GBH is working towards the same mission.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It felt like a positive conversation. I learned about the team and the organization as they learned about me.
What makes you most happy at work?
I appreciate that I am adding value to the public media system
