Quarterly increase and it's based on your performance which is good, it drives the employees to do better

Pay of course! Lol Kidding aside, the energy of the team makes me want to report to work

You will be given enough time to showcase your skills. Also, they will get back to you regardless if you got the job or not, which you can't see on most companies
What are some of the best things about your team?
They make the workplace a fun place to be! While we've gotten a lot of great work done over the past couple of years, we've also had a lot of fun - which is something I never thought I'd say about life in a workplace.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No matter how much work has to be done, everyone has this team spirit - they help and encourage each other. Our bosses give us the confidence to be independent as well. They help us define our strengths and weaknesses and continuesly help us improve our skills.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership trusts their employees. They pushed me beyond I thought my limits and made me strong and independent. They are so good at bringing out the best in us. They were also, incredibly patient with me as I was learning the ropes. They know how to reward their employees for all their hardwork
