Training employees and leadership does not need to be considered the quick fix for not having an HR Department
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health insurance is TOP NOTCH. PTO growth and extra summer holidays added on. Stock enables a true retirement.

Every one of the team knows his or her responsibilities. If you need help with your tasks just ask any of the team members and they will help right away.
Hard work gets recognized and rewarded
Superiors actually care about those that work for them and want to make sure personal lives are prioritized.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Work life balance needs to improve. Barely get to be home
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got all the information's about my position and benefits, and they were spot-on.
They wanted to know about my goals and aspirations and wanted to sell me on the company, not just me selling myself to the company.

Our entrepreneurial culture and my ability to make on every aspect of the job I run.
Being a part of a company that has a very bright future and has the means to stay in business for a very long time. It helps to know that the longer you stay, the better things get for you regarding compensation and benefits. Almost too good to be true.
