My experience has been really good. I am on a really tough project that definitely isn't going to plan, but despite the struggles, the higher ups are encouraging us as we seek to finish. The environment is still positive and the team has each others' back even in the face of extreme adversity.

Superiors actually care about those that work for them and want to make sure personal lives are prioritized.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
All of it, from employee stock, to vehicle allowance, to the gas card, the pension, the AMAZING healthcare, etc.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They wanted to know about my goals and aspirations and wanted to sell me on the company, not just me selling myself to the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being a part of a company that has a very bright future and has the means to stay in business for a very long time. It helps to know that the longer you stay, the better things get for you regarding compensation and benefits. Almost too good to be true.
