I feel that I am constantly learning from everyone at Wibbitz. Everyone is extremely intelligent and talented, and it's amazing to work with all the different teams on a daily basis.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very approachable and transparent with the entire company. All of the data is made available to everyone, and the leadership team ensures that everyone in all offices not only is aware of everything going on, but also has the opportunity to make an impact on these decisions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture and environment of Wibbitz is my favorite part of the company. When you work at Wibbitz, it feels like working for a family. Everyone is extremely close and enjoys working with one another. The People Operations team does an amazing job at planning events for the whole company as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is extremely close and hard working. We all support each other on a daily basis and are willing to always go the extra mile to ensure success for not only our customers, but our team as a whole. We have an amazing manager who always remains calm even in the most stressful situations.
