Mr. Hagen has been Chief Operating Officer of WideOpenWest Finance, LLC since September 2016 and served as its Chief Technical Officer since January 2008 until September 2016. Mr. Hagen has been Chief Operating Officer of WideOpenWest Networks, LLC since September 7, 2016. He has been Chief Technology Officer of IpTel Direct, Inc. since January 2008. He served as the Chief Technical Officer of WideOpenWest Networks, LLC from January 2008 to September 7, 2016. Prior to joining WOW, Mr. Hagen served in varying technology and business development positions at Nortel Networks from January 2003 to December 2007. Mr. Hagen has many years of diverse engineering, operational and business development experiences in the cable and telecommunications industry. He served in a number of leadership positions at Nortel, BigBand Networks, ADC Telecommunications, Antec and Cox Communications. He is an active member in several cable industry organizations. He received his Undergraduate degree from Lindenwood University and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Benedictine University.
