Mr. Richard E. Fish, Jr., also known as Rich, has been Chief Financial Officer of WideOpenWest Finance, LLC since January 7, 2013 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Fish has been Chief Financial Officer of WideOpenWest Networks, LLC and WideOpenWest, Inc., since January 2013. He has been Chief Financial Officer of IpTel Direct, Inc., since joining in January 2013. He serves as the Chief Financial Officer of ICG Telecom Group. He has 20 years experience in various financial, operational and business development leadership positions in the telecommunications industry. He served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ICG Holdings, Inc. Mr. Fish served as Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of Knology, Inc. He joined the WOW team in January 2013 as Chief Financial Officer. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Interstate Fibernet Inc. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of ITC^DeltaCom Inc., (alternate name ITC DeltaCom, Inc.) since April 15, 2005 and as its Executive Vice President since February 2006 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. He served as Chief Financial Officer of ITC^DeltaCom Inc. since April 18, 2005 and served as Chief Administrative Officer from February 21, 2005 to April 2005. He was responsible for all finance, accounting and treasury related functions. Prior to ITC^DeltaCom, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of ICG Communications, Inc. from November 2000 to October 2004. Mr. Fish served at ICG Communications as Senior Vice President of Finance from September 1999 to November 2000. He served from 1994 to 1999 in various finance, regulatory, operational and business development positions with AT&T Local Services and Teleport Communications Group, a telecommunications service provider which became a subsidiary of AT&T. He served as a Director of Access Management at&T Corporation from 1998 to 1999. He served from 1987 to 1994 at the accounting firm of Arthur Andersen & Co. Mr. Fish served as a Director of Operations at Teleport Communications Group Inc. since 1995. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of EarthLink Carrier, LLC. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska and is a Certified Public Accountant.
