The team is just like a family.

Prioritizing quality of like for store employees. Higher uos make 100,000+, and store workers make little over minimum wage
Communication and figuring out a good pay structure
Picking managers that are more fit for their positions especially at the bend Oregon store

Retirement and pay for leave
Profit sharing gives back to the employees

More pay and at least better benifits

There loyalty and sacrifce through these tough times

Everyone becomes really close and helps one another out no matter what department you work in.
