Be less silo'ed and have more aligned objectives and rewards.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Hire more people for the work required, stop stretching the talent who are staying as far as possible.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

No decision making authority until EVP level. You literally cannot take your team out for lunch without express approval an EVP in the US - just one example.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Still FAR too many layers of management. No accountability within the management. No decision making ability within management. US want to control all global regions with huge oversight and decreasing freedom to operate. Small, super stretched teams. Less silos, combine all business units into one.
