Mark Risco — Chief Executive Officer of Willdan Financial Services and President of Willdan Financial Services at Willdan

Mr. Mark Risco has been Chief Executive Officer and President of Willdan Financial Services at Willdan Group, Inc. since November 2011. Mr. Risco was previously Senior Vice President, responsible for overseeing the operations of the division's three groups- District Administration, Financial Consulting and Federal Compliance. From 2001 to 2011, Mr. Risco served in multiple management capacities of increasing responsibility within the District Administration Services Group of Willdan Financial Services. His particular expertise includes special district formation and administration services for a variety of special financing district mechanisms including Assessment Districts, Community Facilities Districts and Water Standby Charge Programs. He was also responsible for ensuring that assessment proceedings were in compliance with the State of California's Proposition 218. Prior to joining Willdan in 1999, Mr. Risco worked in acquisitions and development for a California-based real estate and investment trust company specializing in commercial and industrial properties. Mr. Risco received his B.A. in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton.
